You will lead technical teams to design and implement effective solutions for complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical teams toward effective architectural solutions for business requirements.
• Design and develop modern, complex web applications using J2EE and Web Services.
• Manage the full development lifecycle using REST API design patterns and microservices.
• Oversee technical implementation across RedHat Linux and Windows environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Java Application Developer with proven Technical Lead experience.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework (Dependency Injection, Spring-WS).
• Strong knowledge of Microservices, REST API design patterns, and Spring Security.
• Experience with OAuth and JSSE for encryption.
• Proficiency with Git, Maven, Jenkins, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL and Azure cloud services (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to perform Java tuning.
• Experience with RedHat Linux and Windows operating systems.

Preferred Skills

• Angular framework, UI design patterns, and scripting (JavaScript, XSLT, ANT).
• Agile development methodology experience.
