Description

You will lead technical development and drive business solutions as a hands-on Java Tech Lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams through complex web application development and problem-solving.
• Design and implement REST API patterns and microservices architectures.
• Manage the full development lifecycle using Git, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Optimize application performance and tune Java environments.
• Direct authentication and authorization implementations using OAuth2.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of technical leadership experience.
• 8+ years of Java Application Development including J2EE and Web Services.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Deep knowledge of Spring Framework (Spring Security, Spring-WS, Dependency Injection).
• Experience with microservices architecture and REST API design.
• Proficiency with Git, Maven, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence.
• Working knowledge of MySQL databases.
• Experience with RedHat Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Practical application of OAuth2 for security.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Azure Cloud services including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Java performance tuning.
