Description

Lead a technical team of five or more engineers to build and maintain high-throughput, low-latency systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate product and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead cloud-based implementations using AWS and microservices architectures.
• Manage continuous delivery and deployment pipelines.
• Guide development within agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Write clean, refactored code following established best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall software development experience with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Expertise in Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring Core, and Spring REST.
• Strong experience with Microservices, Hibernate, JPA, and Java REST Web APIs.
• Proficiency with SQL, PL/SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Oracle databases.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
• Experience with build tools including Maven and Gradle, and Gitlab.
• Practical application of Test-Driven Development using JUnit, Mockito, and PowerMock.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
