You will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure enterprise applications using Java-based technologies.

Responsibilities

• Write well-structured, efficient, and maintainable Java code according to project specifications.
• Design and integrate backend services and APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and development teams to define technical solutions and documentation.
• Optimize application performance and scalability through architectural reviews and code optimizations.
• Guide and mentor software developers to improve technical standards and team growth.
• Support system migration or modernization projects involving COBOL applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java SE and Java EE.
• Strong understanding of OOP principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Java frameworks including Spring and Hibernate.
• Experience developing RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Proficiency with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Experience designing and deploying applications on AWS.
• Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including Angular, React, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit or Mockito.
• Expertise in multi-threading, concurrency, and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Struts framework.
