Description

Lead platform engineering efforts for fullstack development and payment processing integrations. Own the delivery of Payments APIs and Checkout systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum teams in the development and maintenance of Payments APIs and Checkout systems.
• Optimize API performance and improve 99th percentile response times using concurrency APIs.
• Mitigate risks and implement permanent fixes for recurring nonfunctional issues to improve system uptime.
• Build monitoring capabilities using Splunk and AppDynamics dashboards and alerts.
• Execute system re-architecture projects, such as migrating legacy stacks to Java Spring Boot.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Expertise in Java and J2EE.
• Strong experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with Angular or Angular14.
• Experience with Kafka and Apache Druid.
• Hands-on work with Servlets.
• Background in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Experience with payment integration, including ACH, cards, and APMs.
• Any Graduate degree.
