Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-scale applications within a heavy data environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS services and event-based architectures.
• Develop and maintain data processing applications using the Apache Spark framework.
• Build and manage microservices using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
• Own technical non-functional requirements including security, transactions, monitoring, and performance.
• Implement distributed systems and streaming data platforms.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in solution design and application development.
• Expertise in Java 8+, J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Strong programming proficiency in Java, Scala, or Python.
• Deep experience with Apache Spark, including Spark SQL, DataFrames, Datasets, and streaming.
• 2+ years of experience designing cloud solutions with AWS (S3, Lambda, Step Functions, AMQ, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch Events).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
• Proficiency with NoSQL (MongoDB) and ORM frameworks like JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience with the Hadoop ecosystem and distributed systems.
• Strong DevOps toolchain experience including Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Spinnaker, and Maven/Gradle.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certification.
• Experience with OAuth implementation via Ping Identity.
• Knowledge of API Management (Apigee) or Service Mesh (Istio).
