You will lead technical design, mentor engineering teams, and drive backend development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design processes and provide mentorship to team members.
• Develop backend services using Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
• Manage code versioning using SVN or GitHub.
• Optimize database performance across Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Improve development processes, efficiency, and user experience throughout the web development cycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Hands-on proficiency with Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with AWS services and capabilities.
• Experience with web frameworks such as Struts or Spring.
• Proficiency with databases including Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience using version control tools like SVN and GitHub.
• Working knowledge of markup languages including XML and JSON.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or within a group.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical design reviews.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture patterns.
