Java Tech Lead

You will lead technical delivery and architecture for Java-based services on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Own the release pipeline and infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Design and implement scalable microservices with the Spring framework.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical decision-making.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional Java development experience.
• 2+ years in a technical lead or senior architecture role.
• Strong proficiency with the Spring framework for backend services.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure on AWS.
• Practical expertise with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple locations.
• Background in cloud-native application design.
