Description

You will lead technical direction and implementation of backend services while guiding team delivery and code quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction and implementation of Node.js based components and services.
• Guide the team in resolving service issues and enforcing coding standards through active code reviews.
• Design and develop new micro-features for current product offerings using Backend for Frontend (BFF) patterns.
• Perform unit testing and troubleshoot code-related issues to ensure deliverable quality.
• Participate in the acceptance process to improve delivery methodology.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of API development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, NestJS, and REST APIs.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL and relational database design.
• Solid experience with Redis caching mechanisms.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker containerization.
• Proficiency in logging and monitoring systems such as Grafana.
• Working knowledge of Git version control and Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with the full web stack, including protocols and web server optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular frontend development.
