Description

You will lead backend architecture and development for distributed systems using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend solutions using Core Java, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate.
• Architect distributed systems leveraging Kafka and MongoDB for high-throughput data processing.
• Manage complex database operations and scripting across Oracle, SQL, and MySQL environments.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring the team while managing critical deadlines and evolving requirements.
• Solve complex architectural problems and drive technical decision-making.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
• Deep expertise in Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate.
• Strong proficiency with distributed messaging systems like Kafka.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Oracle and MySQL.
• Proven track record in system architecture and design.
