Description

You will lead the technical development and architectural vision for an AI-based SaaS product, managing a team of developers and architects while driving AI/ML feature integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain microservices architecture to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Oversee AWS infrastructure including EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, and RDS.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Drive AI/ML feature development and MLOps integration in collaboration with data scientists.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, resource allocation, and technical debt management.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software development experience with a focus on SaaS.
• Expertise in Java and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS).
• Experience managing technical teams and architects.
• Proficiency in implementing CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
• Knowledge of Jquery.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience enforcing security best practices regarding IAM, data encryption, and application security.
