Description

You will lead technical operations, incident management, and system stability for Java-based applications and batch processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident, service request, and problem management triage, including root cause analysis and system outage support.
• Execute change management tasks, including pre- and post-validation and application deployment.
• Monitor application and batch performance, performing server restarts and system stability checks.
• Coordinate with business users and L3 integration owners to resolve support issues and automation failures.
• Maintain compliance with audit, regulatory, and GIS standards while managing identity and privileged access provisioning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java and Microservices.
• Proficiency in Unix Shell scripting and DataStage/ETL.
• Strong expertise in Oracle SQL and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Kafka.
• Experience with MarkLogic and DataStage.
• Working knowledge of Unix, Linux, and Windows server environments.
• Familiarity with Autosys, WebLogic, and Toad.
• Understanding of ITIL concepts and Service Management tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in continuous service improvement and trending analysis.
