Description

You will lead a small team of developers to design, implement, and maintain business-critical tools and services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-5 developers to deliver high-quality systems within project deadlines.
• Design, develop, test, debug, and document programs according to user specifications.
• Maintain and improve existing software programs and applications.
• Respond to technical inquiries regarding application development and support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Deep expertise in Java/J2EE framework development and design.
• Hands-on experience with Spring, JNDI, RMI, JDBC, and XML XSLT.
• Proficiency with Angular JS, GWT, jQuery, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Strong knowledge of SOA, Microservices, REST/SOAP Web Services, and JSON/XML.
• Experience with containers such as Docker.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Stored Procedures, XQuery, and XML Query.
• Proficiency in at least one ORM/Persistence Framework: Hibernate, JPA, or iBatis/MyBatis.
• Experience with web/application servers including Tomcat, JBoss, or WebSphere.

Preferred Skills

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle and SQL/PL-SQL.
