You will lead software engineering efforts focusing on distributed systems and microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development projects as a primary technical authority.
• Collaborate with architects and cross-functional technology teams to design scalable solutions.
• Maintain high code quality standards by achieving 100% line and branch coverage using JUnit.
• Implement automated testing suites using BDD frameworks.
• Drive development within Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep proficiency in Java and the Spring stack, including Spring Boot, Spring Frameworks, and Spring Data JPA.
• Extensive experience building and managing Microservices.
• Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB.
• Proven expertise with Kafka for event streaming.
• Advanced testing skills using JUnit and Karate for BDD automation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
