Key Responsibilities
 

• Provide technical leadership and solution design for enterprise applications.
 

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and conduct code reviews.
 

• Design and develop scalable microservices-based applications.
 

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and project teams.
 

• Define application architecture, integration approaches, and best practices.
 

• Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
 

• Support production issues, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
 

• Participate in effort estimation, planning, and technical decision-making.
 

Required Technical Skills
 

• Strong hands-on experience in Java 8 and above.
 

• Extensive experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and related Spring technologies.
 

• Strong experience in Microservices architecture and REST APIs.
 

• Experience with Hibernate/JPA.
 

• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or MariaDB.
 

• Experience with AWS cloud services and deployment concepts.
 

• Experience with Maven, Git, and CI/CD practices.
 

• Understanding of messaging frameworks such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
 

• Knowledge of application security, authentication, and authorization concepts
