Provide technical leadership and solution design for enterprise applications while mentoring developers and ensuring code quality.

Responsibilities

• Define application architecture, integration approaches, and best practices for scalable microservices.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, conducting code reviews and technical decision-making.
• Design and develop scalable microservices-based applications using Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Support production issues, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure security and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners on effort estimation and planning.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of hands-on experience in Java 8 and above.
• Extensive experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Experience with Hibernate and JPA for data persistence.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or MariaDB.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and deployment concepts.
• Proficiency with Maven, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of messaging frameworks such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of application security, authentication, and authorization concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ in production environments.
