Description

Lead delivery teams building custom applications and system integration services while overseeing technical design and development progress.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily team activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Define technical standards, write system and detailed design documentation, and create build scripts.
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Supervise development progress and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of application development experience, including team lead or technical manager responsibilities.
• Strong mastery of Java / JEE, Web Services, and Oracle DB.
• Experience with distributed architecture concepts (SOA), object-oriented design, design patterns, and UML.
• Proficiency with SOAP and REST communication protocols.
• Hands-on experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, ActiveMQ) or streaming platforms like Apache Spark.
• Proficiency with source control (CVS, Subversion) and build tools (Ant, Maven).
• Ability to write high-quality technical documentation in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WebSphere or JBoss application servers.
• Proficiency with XML and XSLT.
