You will lead technical development and manage engineering teams for Java-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architectures.
• Manage and mentor team members to ensure delivery standards.
• Design and develop web services and SOA-based solutions.
• Oversee database interactions and PL/SQL development.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in Java and J2EE development.
• Strong hands-on experience with JDK 1.8 or higher.
• Expertise in Spring Boot and Spring MVC frameworks.
• Proven experience building and managing Microservices and SOA.
• Proficiency with Web Services and Ajax.
• Solid knowledge of PL/SQL and database management.
• Direct experience in people and team management.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working within the Banking domain.
