Lead a team of 10-12 developers in an onshore-offshore model to deliver technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 10-12 developers, providing technical guidance to foster professional growth.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of new and current systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Collaborate with offshore team members and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive the development process through code reviews and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within a service-oriented architecture.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, and JPA.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Experience with Gradle and JavaScript.
• Background in UI development using React.JS and Node.JS.
• Proven experience leading teams in an onshore-offshore delivery model.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies using tools like Jira or Rally.
• Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture and design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Insurance domain experience.
