Lead a team of 10-12 developers to deliver technical solutions and architecture design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 10-12 developers in an onshore-offshore model.
• Contribute to system architecture and design, focusing on patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive development through code reviews and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues within a service-oriented architecture.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, and JPA.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Experience with Gradle and JavaScript.
• Background in UI development using React.JS and Node.JS.
• Proven experience leading teams in an onshore-offshore delivery model.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies using Jira or Rally.

Preferred Skills

• Insurance domain experience.
