Description

You will lead technical delivery for the Java engineering team, coordinating development efforts between onshore and offshore units.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate development tasks from an onshore position during EST hours.
• Design software modules and create UML diagrams, including sequence and class diagrams.
• Review code produced by the offshore development team to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate daily with offshore counterparts to track progress and technical requirements.
• Represent the technical status of the project during stakeholder meetings.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience in software design and implementation.
• Strong programming expertise using JDK 8.0 or greater.
• Hands-on experience with Core Java and design patterns.
• Proficiency with the Spring Framework and JPA or similar ORM frameworks.
• Experience developing cloud-native applications using AWS Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and ECS.
• Working experience with Oracle PL/SQL and database programming.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and using GitHub.
