Description

Lead delivery teams building custom applications and system integration services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and supervise development progress, contributing code when necessary.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily team activities to meet project deadlines.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including System and Detailed Designs.
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development, acting as a lead or technical manager.
• Expert knowledge of distributed environment architecture concepts, including SOA.
• Mastery of object-oriented design, design patterns, and modeling languages like UML.
• Solid experience with Java/JEE, Web Services, and Oracle DB.
• Proficiency with communication protocols such as SOAP and REST.
• Experience with XML, XSLT, XML Schema, and JSON.
• Experience with source control (CVS, Subversion) and build scripts (Ant, Maven).
• Ability to write high-quality technical documentation in English.
