Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications using Spring Boot and MongoDB.

Responsibilities

• Lead a development team through the full application lifecycle, from design to implementation.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to drive continuous process improvement.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions while communicating project status to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis to improve application performance.
• Mentor team members on best practices for Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java with deep knowledge of object-oriented principles and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience developing web applications using the Spring Boot framework.
• Proficiency in working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with cloud services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical troubleshooting.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities to manage teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading teams in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
