You will develop and maintain high-quality code components within a collaborative engineering team, ensuring strict adherence to coding standards. You own the full lifecycle of reusable API development and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build scalable APIs using the Java/J2EE stack.
• Drive coding standards and conduct regular code reviews.
• Provide actionable recommendations for key process improvements.
• Maintain software through development, maintenance, and continuous improvement cycles.
• Communicate technical details effectively to both engineers and business managers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with the Java/J2EE tech stack.
• Proficiency with the Spring framework.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle database experience.
• Knowledge of XML, Splunk, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
• Experience with automation and unit testing.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases including Cassandra and DynamoDB.
• Degree in any graduate field.
