Description

Lead the architectural design and technical implementation of scalable Java-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable microservices architectures using Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Develop reusable Java libraries and apply concurrency patterns to optimize performance.
• Architect event-driven systems utilizing Kafka and MQ.
• Drive automated testing implementation and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee application deployment using Kubernetes and Cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java development.
• Deep expertise in Spring MVC and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Proficiency with Kafka and messaging systems like MQ.
• Experience managing workloads in Cloud and Kubernetes environments.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and architectural principles.
• Practical knowledge of JVM internals, class loading, and performance tuning.
• Experience with SQL and both external and embedded databases.
• Proficiency with Git, Maven, Gradle, or Ant.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance improvement and scalability optimization.
