Define system architecture and lead technical delivery for scalable Java-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical designs, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Create architectural diagrams and documentation to communicate design decisions.
• Guide the team in adopting best practices, coding standards, and mentoring junior engineers.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools for improvement.
• Resolve complex technical challenges and optimize application performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, or Node.js.
• Ability to conduct security assessments and implement compliance measures.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in project planning and issue resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating technical presentations for non-technical audiences.
• Background in leading architectural reviews and technical decision-making.
