You will design and architect scalable desktop applications using Java.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable desktop applications using Java.
• Develop new features, enhance modules, and optimize application performance.
• Implement session management, data security, and client-side handling.
• Evaluate and integrate APIs, frameworks, and new technology components.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural direction to development teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional hands-on development experience in Java.
• Expert-level proficiency in Swing and JIDE components.
• Expert in JavaScript (ES5/ES6) with deep experience in Spidermonkey and Rhino engines.
• Strong experience implementing the MVC pattern in desktop applications.
• Proficiency with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Experience with Cloud Data Warehouses: Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery.
• Skilled in session management, multi-threading, concurrency, and desktop application architecture.
• Expert-level proficiency with macOS and Ubuntu/Linux environments, including command-line tooling.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD and version control (GIT).
• Knowledge of build tools like Maven or Gradle.
