Description

You will lead technical delivery and architectural direction for multiple teams through hands-on coding and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore development teams by clarifying technical requirements and assigning tasks.
• Manage delivery across multiple teams using Scrum and Agile principles.
• Perform hands-on coding and troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues.
• Execute independent testing as part of a shift-left initiative.
• Communicate technical status and architectural insights to multiple stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java and J2EE concepts.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with ATG and Endeca.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of core architecture and domain concepts.
• Ability to manage technical delivery without a dedicated testing team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading multiple distributed teams simultaneously.
