Description

Design and oversee the scalable architecture for the DMS system, ensuring long-term maintainability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design backend services, database structures, and integrations using microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Lead cloud migration strategies for production systems and oversee high availability.
• Manage technical debt by prioritizing refactoring and re-architecture efforts.
• Guide tech leads, DBAs, and developers on technical solutions and best practices.
• Direct the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Jira workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
• Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Python.
• Experience with Angular, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases including Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Expertise in Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, API Gateways, and middleware.
• Cloud migration experience with AWS or Azure.
• Competency with DevOps tools including Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with incident management tools such as ELK, SIEM, logging, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with 12-Factor App principles.

Preferred Skills

• TOGAF certification or framework experience.
