We're looking for a Technical Coach - Project Manager!

If you have expertise in software craftsmanship, collaborative engineering practices, and modern development techniques, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:


- 10+ years of software development experience or equivalent coaching/technical leadership background
- Demonstrated proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD), Pair Programming, Mob Programming, Design Patterns, Refactoring techniques, and Code craft principles
- Expertise in at least two programming languages, including Java and one additional language (e.g., Kotlin, Python, C#, JavaScript, Go, etc.)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and technical leadership
