Description

Lead software development efforts in high-security, high-compliance environments, overseeing day-to-day programming and design tasks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming tasks and apply design patterns to deliver technical solutions.
• Manage integrations using middleware servers, data sources, and message queues.
• Deliver solutions within Agile project frameworks.
• Operate within high-security and high-compliance environments.

Required Skills

• Advanced Java concepts (L3/L4) and strong Object-Oriented principles.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Proficiency with Azure/AWS and Kafka.
• Application of SOLID principles.
• Knowledge of application servers (Weblogic, Jboss, Websphere, or Tomcat L1/L2).
• Integration expertise with Data sources and MQ (L2/L3).
• Foundational DevOps knowledge (Docker, Openshift, or Kubernetes L1/L2).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Maven, Ant, and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Struts and SAFE Agile.
