Description

You will lead development efforts using Java technologies, owning the design, implementation, and deployment of enterprise-grade services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead development initiatives in Java/J2EE environments, ensuring high-quality code delivery.
• Design and implement secure solutions using Spring Boot and Spring Security.
• Manage and maintain microservices deployed on OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Drive development processes following Agile/Scrum methodologies to meet sprint goals.
• Mentor team members and enforce best practices in CI/CD and containerization.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development, including lead roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.
• Solid experience with JPA/Hibernate for data persistence.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, or Gradle.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenShift platform management.
• Background in mentoring junior developers.
