Description

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of Java-based applications while bridging business requirements with technical execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and design documents.
• Lead the development lifecycle using advanced Java concepts and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure code quality and timely delivery.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries using PL/SQL.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL for database development.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and create technical design documents.
• Experience working in an on-site environment in Austin, TX.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital product development.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
