Lead technical direction and hands-on development for Java-based microservices in Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable microservices architectures using Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain applications, ensuring high code quality and performance.
• Manage data persistence layers using MongoDB, Oracle, and other SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Mentor engineering team members, driving technical growth and best practices.
• Identify and deliver technical improvements that provide direct customer value.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java 8 and the Spring framework.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Microservices design.
• Proficiency with MongoDB and Oracle databases.
• Strong command of SQL and Non-SQL database concepts.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Ability to work effectively with IntelliJ IDEA.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong communication skills for technical leadership.
