Description

Lead the design and delivery of scalable Java web applications, guiding technical decisions and mentoring the development team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process by translating user requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensuring module compatibility.
• Mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage deployments using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and oversee integration testing to resolve issues.
• Plan and allocate tasks, actively participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions following Agile best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java Web application development with strong J2EE expertise.
• Expert knowledge of Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, JDBC, SQL, and Java Design Patterns.
• Strong Object-Oriented design skills and understanding of MVC architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS Cloud services (e.g., Blob Storage, Service Bus, ECS, S3, Lambda).
• Proficiency in building REST/JSON web services and working with Git for version control.
• Experience with JMS, JUnit, and JSON data formats.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience in guiding developers and leading technical delivery.
• Experience with Azure CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
