You will lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance Java applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable technical solutions for complex client problems.
• Break down business requirements into actionable tasks and drive team execution.
• Mentor team members to improve technical capabilities and development velocity.
• Own architectural decisions and ensure code quality through rigorous reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and system maintainability.

Required Skills

• 7 to 10 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Experience leading small to mid-sized teams and managing technical delivery.
• Proven track record building complex distributed systems from the ground up.
• Strong knowledge of Java internals, OOP principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• B.Tech, M.Tech, or MCA from top-tier institutions such as IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, or IIITs.
