Description

You will design, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale systems using Python, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect data solutions and enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with industry-standard design patterns and cloud strategies.
• Lead the evaluation of technical strategies to ensure business requirements are met, translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Implement and validate solutions for scalability, performance, and process improvements within CI/CD environments.
• Direct and mentor junior resources, facilitating discussions within multidisciplinary teams to resolve difficult dynamics.
• Manage day-to-day technical challenges and communicate developmental risks effectively to the broader technical team.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software design and implementation.
• Proficiency in Python, Microservices, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Strong background in RESTful services, Kafka, and Swagger.
• Experience with data processing technologies including Spark, Flink, and Ab Initio.
• Hands-on expertise with MongoDB and document-based data stores.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience transforming systems in the credit card, payment, or banking industries.
• Exposure to cloud solution architecture (GCP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure).
