Description

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-grade microservices and data architecture using Python, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies. You will own the technical strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards while driving scalability and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and design data architecture and microservice solutions for complex business problems, aligning them with enterprise-wide standards.
• Direct the evaluation of technical strategies and policies to ensure business requirements are met and translated accurately for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Implement and validate architectural improvements, focusing on scalability, performance, and process optimization using industry-standard design patterns.
• Lead and mentor junior resources, facilitating discussions within multidisciplinary teams and managing day-to-day technical challenges.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to deliver robust solutions, ensuring effective communication across all levels.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in design, implementation, and maintenance of Python, Microservices, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in RESTful services, Kafka, Swagger, Spark, MongoDB, Flink, and Ab Initio.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools: Docker and Kubernetes.
• 5+ years of experience in the credit card, payment, or banking industry.
• Deep understanding of DevOps, Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Deployment (CD) processes.
• Proven ability to architect enterprise systems using industry-standard design patterns and cloud strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud solution architecture on GCP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with automation technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and workflow automation platforms.
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
