Description

You will lead development teams, drive architectural decisions, and oversee project delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide development teams through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Make critical architectural decisions and implement software design patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management and design.
• Implement TDD practices to ensure high-quality development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in Java 17 or greater and Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency in OOP and RESTful services.
• Experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Hands-on work with NoSQL databases.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with security tools such as Fortify and Sonatype.

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
