Description

You will own the architecture and implementation of enterprise-grade distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design data architecture aligned with enterprise-wide standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions for credit card, payment, or banking domains.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and facilitate discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Implement architectural, scalability, and performance improvements using industry-standard patterns.
• Manage day-to-day development challenges and communicate risks to the technical team.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in design, implementation, and maintenance of software systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices, RESTful services, and Kafka.
• Experience with data processing tools: Spark, Flink, MongoDB, and Ab Initio.
• Proficiency in containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• 5+ years of experience in the credit card, payment, or banking industry.
• Deep understanding of DevOps, CI/CD processes, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud solution architecture (GCP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure).
• Familiarity with automation technologies like RPA and workflow platforms.
