Description

Lead technical delivery and architectural design for distributed Java-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team through mentoring, code reviews, and ownership of all technical deliverables.
• Design and build microservices using REST and SOAP/XML architectures.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle using Agile and Iterative methodologies.
• Optimize system performance and capacity planning within distributed client/server environments.
• Oversee the complete deployment process from initial development through to production.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Java and J2EE development.
• 5+ years of design experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building microservices.
• 5+ years of experience with NoSQL databases including MongoDB and Cassandra, including DML, DDL, and Query Optimization.
• 5+ years of experience in systems integration using Kafka or RabbitMQ for event-based messaging and real-time data streaming.
• Proficiency in Java 8 or 11.
• Strong analysis, design, and programming skills.
• Experience with systems performance analysis and optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring Webflux and Reactive programming.
