Description

Lead technical delivery and architectural design for distributed Java-based systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mentor the team and conduct code reviews to ensure technical excellence.
• Design and build microservices using REST and SOAP/XML architectures.
• Own all technical deliverables and oversee the complete deployment process.
• Optimize system performance and capacity planning within distributed environments.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Java and J2EE development.
• 5+ years of design experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building microservices.
• 5+ years of experience with NoSQL databases including MongoDB and Cassandra (DML, DDL, Query Optimization).
• 5+ years of experience in systems integration using Kafka or RabbitMQ for event-based messaging.
• Proficiency in Java 8 or 11.
• Strong analysis, design, and programming skills.
• Experience with systems performance analysis and optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring Webflux and Reactive programming.
