Description

You will lead technical implementation, mentor developers, and drive architecture decisions for full-stack Java applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java/J2EE, Spring frameworks, and RESTful services.
• Lead code reviews, design guidance, and technical mentorship for the development team.
• Collaborate with peer Tech Leads to define technical strategy and application architecture.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support software deployment processes.
• Perform root cause analysis for production defects and recommend optimization improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with Java/J2EE.
• Extensive experience with Spring Frameworks and building RESTful services.
• Proficiency in Angular for front-end development and integration.
• Strong software design skills and experience with end-to-end application architecture.
• Solid database design experience using MySQL, Oracle, or MariaDB.
• Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum product teams.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with business partners.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
