Description

You will lead the development of a consumer-facing PX Application, managing a team of five across onshore and offshore locations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of five engineers, facilitating knowledge transfer and best practices.
• Provide technical architecture oversight and guidance for new application requirements.
• Drive technical configuration, development, and delivery of process flows.
• Contribute to data conversion, maintenance, and project documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total software industry experience.
• 5+ years in a Technical Lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and PrimeFaces.
• Proficiency with Angular and Web Services.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker containers.
• Solid understanding of R-DBMS.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Design Patterns.
• Proven experience in system integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading distributed teams.
