Description

You will lead the design and delivery of scalable code components and business solutions in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into high and low-level technical designs.
• Deliver code modules and oversee team output through direct supervision and code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and coordinate with onshore, offshore, and vendor resources.
• Create, document, and execute automated unit and integration tests.
• Identify technical risks and communicate alternative solutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Java.
• Proven experience as a Team Lead or Technical Lead.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, SOA, and Design Patterns for Web and REST API development.
• Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and JSF frameworks.
• Proficiency in Oracle, MySQL, and SQLServer relational databases.
• Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and XML including Stylesheet Transformations and Schema definitions.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Experience with web technologies including CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Understanding of system architecture for web applications and batch processing environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring Batch, Spring JPA, Spring MVC, or Spring JDBC.
• Knowledge of Primefaces, JBOSS Servers, OpenShift Containers, Jenkins Pipelines, or Checkmarx.
