Description

You will lead the technical direction for the Order Management team, delivering scalable Java solutions and mentoring the engineering group.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical design and implementation of new features using Java and Spring Boot.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Lead technical discussions regarding system design and integration approaches.
• Mentor team members, driving adherence to best practices in software development.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of progressive software development experience, heavily focused on Java.
• 3+ years in a Technical Lead or Senior Software Engineer role with demonstrated mentorship.
• Proven expertise designing and deploying microservices architectures with Spring Boot.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage).
• Solid understanding of relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
