Description

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of technology-enabled applications while coordinating day-to-day software development activities.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of technical solutions to meet business requirements and specifications.
• Drive the development component of Agile scrum teams and resolve technical obstacles through cross-team collaboration.
• Liaise with Product Management, PMO, Architecture, and QA teams to ensure alignment and schedule adherence.
• Ensure all delivered solutions meet established technical specifications and development schedules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience driving development within Agile scrum frameworks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Experience collaborating with Product Management teams.
• Experience working alongside PMO functions.
• Experience coordinating with Architecture teams.
• Experience collaborating with QA teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
