Description

Lead the design and implementation of microservice-based and event-driven applications in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of microservice-based applications and event-driven architectures.
• Migrate monolith applications to cloud-native architectures and deploy ECM solutions in the cloud.
• Translate business requirements and objectives into technical software development solutions.
• Interface with business partners and both internal and external technical teams.
• Design migration strategies for high-volume documents between repositories and tune systems for bulk record deletion.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Deep expertise in Java/J2EE technologies, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with REST API, Microservices, and event-driven applications.
• Proficiency with AWS services including ECS, Lambda, S3, and RDS.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitLab pipelines, and Terraform scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Maven, SQL, Shell Scripting, and Docker.
• Experience with Git/Bitbucket, Tomcat, Hibernate, JUnit, and SonarQube.
• Familiarity with Apigee and Identity and Access Management (OpenID Connect, SAML, OAuth).
• Understanding of document management capabilities including generation, repositories, and OCR.

Preferred Skills

• Front-end experience with Node.js, React, or Angular.
• Experience with Quadient Inspire, IBM FileNet, or similar document management tools.
