Must-Have Skills:
✅ 7–10+ years of hands-on Java development
✅ 3+ years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience (Claims, Billing, Denials)
✅ Experience with AI development tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
✅ Hands-on experience with GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, LangChain)
✅ Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security & Spring Integration
✅ REST & SOAP API development
✅ Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
✅ AWS Lambda, SQS, EC2, ECS
✅ Amazon Connect experience
✅ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
