Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable fullstack web applications from initial design to final release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Design and maintain responsive fullstack solutions using microservices architecture.
• Interface with product managers and offshore teams to align technical execution with product strategy.
• Mentor team members within an agile environment to meet project goals and timelines.
• Drive technical decisions and enforce software architecture best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software web development.
• Hands-on expertise with Java 8 and Spring Boot or Spring MVC.
• Strong proficiency in Microservices architecture.
• At least 2 years of experience with Angular 2+ (Version 8+ preferred).
• Solid experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Ability to work independently with an analytical mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
